The Collective is an alliance of people who are making what we eat and drink better, more sustainable and more innovative. Founded in 2017, The Collective brings together the top farmers, makers, chefs and bartenders who are committed to the industry’s advancement and their own professional development.

We accept membership applications year-round and host 20+ events a year.
Past exclusive events have included dinners and tastings at New York City restaurants such as Jue Lan, Sons of Essex, Lexington Brass, Kings County Distillery as well as our Bar Symposium at the Culinary Institute of America.
